Taken by a Dragon (Eternal Mates Romance Series Book 7)
Possessed by a need to save a beautiful Amazon warrior from the vision he witnessed, Loke snatched her from the midst of the battle between the Third and Fifth realm of the demons, and carried her to his home deep in the black mountains of Hell to protect her. But as the fierce little female awakens, he finds she’s anything but grateful, and his dragon instincts roar to life to warn she might be more to him than an enemy—she might be his fated female.
Anais remembers meeting a handsome warrior in the heat of battle, a man who was her enemy but who looked at her with eyes that held dark heat and wicked promises. When she wakes to find that same dragon shifter has taken her captive, desire is the last thing on her mind, but escaping him to return to Archangel, the hunter organisation she works for, sounds less than appealing when he reveals the reason he took her—to stop her from dying.
Can Loke protect Anais from the dangers of his realm and how far will he go to save her from the future he keeps witnessing? Can Anais resist the fierce attraction that burns between them as hot as fire and stay true to Archangel or will her heart be taken by the dragon?
Taken by a Dragon is available from Amazon Kindle, Kobo Books, Barnes and Noble
Nook, Apple iBooks stores and other retailers. Also available in paperback. Find the links

Taken by a Dragon – Excerpt
She had passed out at some point.
It might have been shortly after the dragon shifter who had abducted her had hit a height that had made her vision do strange things, zooming in and out as she had stared wide-eyed at the thousand-foot plus drop to the forbidding black lands below. She had certainly lost the contents of her stomach at that point.
Anais lay with her eyes closed, feigning unconsciousness, keeping her breathing light and
even and her heart rate steady and slow. She wasn’t alone. She could feel the piercing gaze of
the man who had snatched her from the midst of the battle.
A battle where they had been enemies, fighting on opposite sides. Her in the army of the
Third Realm of the demons, and him on the side of the Fifth Realm.
When she had set eyes on him, laying in the middle of the mad fray, staring at her and
Sable as if they were goddesses or something born of myth and legend, the last thing
she had expected was him to transform into an incredible and enormous blue dragon, and
she definitely hadn’t expected him to snatch her and fly off with her.
Anais breathed slowly, biding her time, waiting for her faculties to all come back. Years
of training cycled through her mind, everything she had learned as a huntress for Archangel coming to the fore now that she needed it. Calm flowed through her and she clung to it, using it as a shield as she told herself on repeat that fear wasn’t an emotion she was going to allow herself to feel.
She was going to remain calm because she needed a clear head, one not clouded by panic, if she was going to find a way out of this mess. That same head ached as she tried to think, throbbing behind her eyes and around her temples. Maybe she had passed out from lack of oxygen. It was possible. Anything seemed possible in this insane realm.
MY 5 Star Review
What remarkable talent, this book 7 in such an amazing series shows Felicity’s worth
as a writer. A full novel with a story that flowed well and characters that meshed well in
the scenes. I loved the fact that even in a series it’s pretty much a stand-alone, and she
brought other characters we loved from previous books. That made it a lot of fun along
with introducing some new ones..ummm Angels.. (grins)
Dragons have the ability to tell the future…or get premonitions of the future. On the
battlefield in hell fighting demons, a vison crosses his mind. That will turn the tides of
Loke’s actions. Anais a hunter of the supernatural creatures. The same organization
Sable works for. She was fighting then in a blink of an eye snatched up by a Dragon! Loke
tells her he has to protect her… he may be her worst danger yet.
The teasing between Loke and Anais if fun, the fight scene was amazing…well thought
of sexy scenes that should have you fanning your face. It will leave you wondering a few
things about the new characters.. ohh well and some old ones. (smiles) I couldn’t tell who
my heart went out to more Loke and how you can just feel his loneliness just reach out a
grab you. For Anais who struggles to keep her self-separated from what she begins to feel.
They both worry over the visions that Loke sees.
I would most definitely recommend this read, you don’t “have” to read the ones before but you should to get a better understanding of the series. Felicity does it again… enjoy.
I Had the honor of asking Felicity 5 Questions
1 how do you choose what book to work on next?
Sometimes it’s really obvious as I’m into a certain series or I’ve been wanting to write a story for a certain character for a while. Other times it’s really all down to how I’m feeling at the time. I’ll only write a story when I’m in the mood to write it. This often means switching my schedule around to accommodate what I really want to write. At the moment, I would just keep writing Eternal Mates stories, but I can’t neglect my other series for that long, so I will be writing something for those series soon.
2 what do you do for fun?
I love anime and manga, both Japanese in origin, and can happily sit watching a new anime series or reading a new manga, letting the world drift by unnoticed by me. I also have a passion for playing PlayStation games, especially ones such as Assassin’s Creed (I had always wanted to be an assassin), Uncharted, Tomb Raider, and the Final Fantasy games. I like exploring the worlds and the characters, and unraveling mysteries during the adventure. When I’m not holed up in my house, I’m outside at archery practice, honing my novice skills with a re-curve bow.
3 if you could go any place in the world where would you go?
Right now, probably South America. I haven’t been there yet and we’re planning to visit Brazil and Argentina this year. It’s quite exciting. I travel a lot so it’s always good to find somewhere entirely new to visit.
4 whats you’re fav genre to write
Paranormal romance without a doubt. I think the big appeal is that the possibilities are endless in paranormal romance and if you set your mind to it, you can create something unique that stands out from the other books out there. You can make whole worlds of your own and pull readers into those worlds. Plus, I find the characters in paranormal romance are often more detailed, more real, and ones who will stay with you and make you care about them. I love to read what I love to write too, and I always go for the sort of authors who write the same style of paranormal romance as I do.
5 I’ve not seen a menage themed story, will you write one?
I have a menage story. The Prophecy Trilogy in my Vampires Realm series is very much menage, and I even wrote a naughty short for the trio called Spellbound. I don’t tend to write menage as I like to have one hero getting the girl in the end.
Thank You Ms Heaton for your answers and taking the time.
